he month of March 2023 is such a significant and meaningful one for Dubblack, by cause of the second release of its young, yet incredibly promising catalogue, which will star TAGLIABUE and his three-track EP DUBBLACK002 (out both on vinyl and digital forms).

The record, which perfectly fits in the sonic context that the label and its founder GNMR are trying to form, superbly symbolises the essence of Dubblack with its deep, mysterious electronic attitude, thus making TAGLIABUE an ideal ambassador of this sound.

The Milanese DJ & producer -during the length of his EP- tells a story of masterly arranged, diverse and rhythmically solid tunes, giving evidence of the enormous care that he puts into the sound research underlying each and every one of his productions, and Dubblack002 makes no exception.

The opening track ‘Odissea’ lays the groundwork for the record to rise, with a cryptic intro which breaks out in a progressive detonation, referring to a late 90s/early00s sound but interpreting the scenario with a modern, actual twist. ‘Baraka Trance’ keeps the standard high and, as the title suggests, offers the artist’s POV on the Trance matter with a high-tempo, neatly arranged beat and a slightly acid bass-line, both creating a constantly evolving eight minutes-long acoustic journey.
